Cooking with an accent: "Panzanella Romana & Toscana"
Giulia is from Firenze, Esmeralda from Roma.
Giulia thinks that the panzanella toscana is the best style of panzanella, Esmeralda couldn't disagree more; she obviously feels that nothing beats the Roman kind.
This first installment of "cooking with an accent" sets the tone for these series of videos. They're supposed to be a fun and light way to teach about some of the differences that exist between each Region in Italy.
Make panzanella at home and share your pictures on the comment box section. It will be fun and yummy, plus every month we will reward our favorite picture with a fun prize!
